課程概述 |
The teaching goal of the course, “Evaluation of Library Operation” is to review the methodologies that could be applied for library operations evaluation. The topics will be covered in the discussion including the meanings of evaluation, evaluation design and indicators involved, data collection and analysis methods. |

The students will be equipped with the competencies of library services evaluation,
